DRUNKEN KONG resident party “INTENTION” was formed to create a new concept in the current Tokyo techno scene. The focus was to bring in new generation DJs with their individual concept of techno and tech-house to the club scene.
“INTENTION” is back again for the 6th time at WOMB Tokyo, this time with techno hit maker from Naples, Uto Karem!! Releasing on legendary labels such as Plus 8, Tronic and his own imprint, Agile, he has been constantly making an impact in the techno scene. From hard to groovy to melodic, Uto has it all!! We are very excited to have this special DJ to our INTENTION evening at Womb. We for sure are confident that his sound will be a great match for WOMB.
Just coming back from a successful ADE and Europe Tour, resident DRUNKEN KONG will be unleashing their fresh ideas and sound.
We are also very excited to have Noaria from Paris, France joining us for the evening. Noaria has been gaining a lot of momentum in the techno scene, with his dark, groovy sound. Releasing on labels such as Harthouse, Synewave and Android Muziq, we really look forward to his set.
U:ICHI, the main man behind Weaves, gaining attention with Weaves event and the DOSEM & HOUSTRIKE Nation Tour, will also be playing at the main stage along with INTENTION resident Chie Nakajima, who will be ensuring the evening gets off to a great start with her unique groove.
To add a special visual flavor we have invited M.U.//Mikudarihan Uppercut (NSI ProjectionMapping) on the main stage. Their stylish quality visuals along with dancers, Aika and Sammy will fit right into the magical moments of the night.
In the VIP lounge, we are excited to have Black Ship and Yasu Yoshinaga as special guest. Black Ship is a duo based in Tokyo from Sunny crew. Being a resident at Sunny parties, and also having experience playing in Ibiza, they for sure will bring a unique groove to the dance floor that will keep you moving for sure. Yasu Yoshinaga from Miyazaki will also be joining us with his fresh and energetic set!!! In addition, we are excited have KitKut also playing in the VIP lounge with her house influenced sounds and offcourse, our INTENTION resident members!
You can be sure to expect uplifting, deep, groovy and soulful vibes in this floor all night long.
U:ICHI and his WEAVES crew will produce WOMB LOUNGE for the night. From banging dark techno to melodic groovy techno, we are confident that this will be another floor that will keep rocking the entire night!!
